Overview

Analytics and reporting implemented to give teams shared visibility into onboarding performance, operational workload, and key risk indicators across digital onboarding journeys.

Onboarding data was fragmented across systems, making it difficult to produce consistent KPIs, understand where journeys stalled, or prepare reliable reporting for internal reviews and audits. Teams lacked a common view of onboarding volume, completion, and exceptions.

Solution
