At ROCKON, we help regulated organizations transform complex onboarding, identity verification, and compliance processes into secure, digital customer journeys. Our platform is used by banks, insurance companies, and regulated service providers across Switzerland and Europe.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of enterprise sales cycles, from first conversation to contract signature and help scale our commercial presence.

What Your Focus Will Be

• Build and manage a qualified enterprise sales pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
• Sell complex solutions involving onboarding, identity, eSignature, and compliance
• Work closely with product, delivery, and compliance teams to shape solutions
• Develop long-term relationships with banks, insurers, and regulated clients
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Contribute to sales strategy, messaging, and go-to-market feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS, fintech, regtech, or IT services)
• Comfortable selling complex, consultative solutions (not transactional sales)
• Experience working with regulated industries is a strong plus
• Ability to communicate with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders
• Structured, self-driven, and comfortable working in a growing company
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and German
