BUSINESS ANALYST & SCRUM MASTER / IT PROJECT LEAD‍

‍WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· «The Customer Frontend for Digital Onboardings and Lifecycle Management» - that’s our ambition. To get there, we need a

· “Dual Role” professional: Business Analyst, Scrum Master and IT Project Lead in one person - bridging clients, development team and vendors to deliver compliant digital onboarding solutions in the banking and FinTech sector.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

·   Sprint planning, backlog management and facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies (2-week cadence)

·  Business analysis: requirements elicitation, CR refinement and effort estimation with the development team

·  Release management: full lifecycle from scope validation through SIT and UAT to production deployment

·  Incident and second-level support coordination with clients, banking partners (Avaloq) and third-party vendors (Intrum, Regula, Swisscom Trust Services, and others)

·  Primary point of contact for banking clients - governance meetings, escalations and stakeholder alignment

·  Pre-sales support: solution demos, requirement workshops and proof-of-concept discussions

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE SEARCH FOR:

·  Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration

·  Several years’ experience as Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer and Scrum Master / Project Lead, ideally in an agile software development organisation

·  Capturing and structuring requirements at different levels of abstraction - from high-level business vision down to precise user stories - is your passion; you analyze complex matters with ease and question persistently at the right level of detail

·  Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills; you define use cases together with stakeholders and bridge business and technology with ease - both verbally and in writing, in English and German

·  Strong understanding of banking processes and digital onboarding; KYC/AML knowledge is a significant plus (not a must)

·  Good to strong technical understanding of modern technology stacks (Java/Spring Boot, Angular, Docker, CI/CD) to effectively coordinate development teams - coding skills not required

·  Fluent in German and English (written and verbal); French is a significant plus

·  You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and enjoy collaborating with specialists across banking, compliance, software development and vendor domains in a fast-paced environment
