Your Role

As IT Project Manager, you will deliver digital onboarding solutions to regulated clients, from kickoff to go-live. You’ll sit at the intersection of business, compliance, and technology, ensuring predictable delivery and high client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for onboarding and identity solutions
• Run business analysis and requirements clarification with clients
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Support solution design and integration planning
• Ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
• Support sales with solution scoping and client presentations

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years experience as IT Project Manager or Technical Account Manager
• Experience delivering projects for banks or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of digital front processes and compliance constraints
• Structured, reliable, and delivery-focused working style
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
